Our goal is to bridge the gap that exists between the community, parents, and schools. We provide a safe space, a familial atmosphere and treat each participant as an individual to foster growth and resiliency. The HANAC Astoria Beacon and their staff empower the participants with what is needed to become successful, productive members of the community.

You can make a difference! Our program provides support for all ages, program participants, parents and adults from the community to join the Youth Council which meets quarterly, all are welcome! This forum allows for discussions and recommendations related to programming activities, and topics of interest, that are all related to the program and its participants.

Our program also provides adult programming that takes place seasonally such as Zumba, Community Advisory Boards, Adult Sports, and Seasonal Celebrations/Events. If interested, click the "register now" to complete an application.
